When you book with the Niagara Central Reservations, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in the following information and enter into agreements with the Niagara Central Reservations and with others who provide your travel services. Therefore, please make sure you have carefully read and understood these terms and conditions before making your reservations.

Deposit
You will need a valid major credit card to reserve your Golf Play & Stay Package.

Balance Due
Clients will pay the full amount of their Golf Play & Stay Package at the Hotel upon check-in.

Prices
All prices quoted are per person in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy
Golf Play & Stay Packages are subject to a 4 day cancellation policy in order for our clients to receive a full refund.

Rain Refund Policy
In the case of bad weather, call the golf course and inquire if they are open. Niagara Central Reservations will only issue refunds if the course is closed on your scheduled day of play.

Unused Tour Services
A refund will not be issued for any unused tour services, including unused accommodation and/or car rental.

Damage to Property
You are fully responsible to any damage incurred to the accommodation during your stay. In no event will the Niagara Central Reservations Reservation Centre be liable for any damages, including without limitation, any type of damage to the accommodation.

Tour Operator's Responsibility
Niagara Central Reservations, as a tour operator, makes arrangements >with hotels and other accommodations, car rental dealers, golf courses, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase. Although we take care in selecting our suppliers, Niagara Central Reservations is not an AGENT for these suppliers and therefore not responsible for their acts or omissions.
